Pay in cash when your parcel reaches you, on bags up to ₹5,000, with no extra fee.

Which orders can be paid on delivery

Cash on delivery is offered on bags up to ₹5,000, delivery included, and costs nothing extra. It isn't offered for made-to-order pieces, which are made for you after you order, so a bag with one of them is paid online.

The courier doesn't collect cash at every PIN code. Checkout tells you whether your bag and your PIN code can pay on delivery before you place the order, and placing it includes a quick security check.

Before your order leaves

We call you, or message you on WhatsApp, to confirm a cash-on-delivery order before it leaves us, so please keep your phone nearby. If we can't confirm an order, we may cancel it, and we tell you when we do.

When the parcel arrives

Pay the courier the amount on your order, in cash, when the parcel reaches you. The link in your order email shows the order, its invoice and the courier's tracking, as it does for an order paid online.

Returns and refunds

A cash-on-delivery order is returned like any other, as Delivery and returns sets out. Its refund is sent by UPI, to the UPI ID you give us when you write.
