Delivery and returns

One kind of delivery, one small fee that goes away on bigger bags, and returns within 7 days of delivery. Here is how each part works.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in India. There is one option, standard delivery, and your whole order travels in one parcel. Enter your PIN code on any piece's page to see when it would reach you.

Every price on the stall includes GST, and checkout shows the delivery fee before you pay.

When your parcel leaves

We pack and send parcels Monday to Saturday, except on holidays. Nothing leaves on the day you order. Each piece's page says when it leaves us, and checkout shows the delivery dates for your PIN code before you pay.

Made-to-order pieces are made after you order, and their page says how long that takes. If your bag mixes them with other pieces, the whole order leaves together on the later date.

When your parcel leaves, we email you the courier's tracking. The link in that email shows your order, its invoice and its tracking, with no account needed.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel until your order is packed, at no cost. Write to us at sugamtele111@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 74777 93196, with your order number. If you paid online, the money goes back the way you paid within 5 to 7 working days.

Once your order is packed it can no longer be cancelled, but a piece that can be returned can come back once it reaches you, as below.

Returns

Changed your mind? Most pieces can come back within 7 days of delivery, and the pickup from your door is free.

• Returnable: Ready-to-send piecesReturnable within 7 days of delivery, with a free pickup, unless the piece's page says otherwise.

• Returnable: A damaged or wrong pieceAlways taken back, whatever kind of piece it is, as is one that isn't as described or arrives late.

• Not returnable: Made-to-order piecesMade for you after you order, so not returnable for a change of mind.

To send a piece back, write to us within 7 days of delivery, by email or on WhatsApp, with your order number and the pieces you are returning. A piece should come back unused, with any tags still on. We arrange the pickup from your door.

If a piece arrives damaged, wrong, not as described or late, write to us with your order number and a photo of it. We take it back whatever kind of piece it is, and refund the full price with the delivery fee you paid.

We don't exchange pieces. If you would like a different one, return this piece and order the other.

Refunds

A refund goes back the way you paid: the same UPI account, card, netbanking account or wallet. We start it when your order is cancelled or the piece is back with us, and it reaches you within 5 to 7 working days. A cash-on-delivery order is refunded by UPI, to the UPI ID you give us when you write.

For a change of mind we refund the price of the piece, not the delivery fee you paid.
