Terms of sale

The terms on which ArtisanKatha sells to you. Placing an order means you agree to them.

Who we are

ArtisanKatha is run by SPECTRA, a partnership firm registered at 88A/1 Bosepukor Road, Kolkata, West Bengal 700042, GSTIN 19ACZFS8610F1ZG. We sell our own stock: every piece on the stall belongs to us before it is listed, and we send it to you ourselves.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to place an order, and by placing one you confirm that you are. We deliver only to addresses in India.

Prices and payment

Prices are in rupees and include GST. Delivery is charged as Delivery and returns sets out, and checkout shows the whole amount before you pay.

You can pay online by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet, in a secure payment window, or pay in cash when the parcel arrives where cash on delivery is offered.

Your order

When you press Pay, we hold the pieces in your bag for 10 minutes while you pay. Your order is placed when the confirmation page shows its number, and we email you a link to it. If a payment goes through but we can't place the order, for example because a piece sold in the meantime, we refund the whole amount the way you paid and tell you by email.

Each piece's page describes the piece and says what is included. A small-batch piece's photographs show its batch, and the piece you receive is one of its near-identical pieces. Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The terms on this page on the day you place an order apply to that order, and the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
